As may of you might know Finland is hosting the Euro 2009. The opening game between Ukraine and Netherlands will take place on August 23rd. And the final between Germany
and another team on September 10th.
So I thought we'd start the preparations a good 2 months + before the tournament.
Is your national team qualified?
Who's your favourite (team and players)?
Does your team have any out lesbians (or other hotties to look out for)?

I'm gonna be in Finland until the end of August, so I might have time to go see one of the matches! I really hope so.
No one in the Finnish team is out, at least publicly. Too bad (unless there really aren't any non-straight women in the team, which is even sadder).
I just realized that Germany and Norway are in the same group, this is not really fair.
Don't you have confidence in your team?:)
Two of the german team had been forced out by the tabloids, and I'm not sure of their current "status", I'll leave that discussion to the better informed ;)
I'm not really interested in soccer, only watch it because of my girlfriend. This went as far as accompanying her to the recent match between national teams Germany and Brasil.
Still working on the pictures to post them. I didn't pay much attention to the match, but the atmosphere in the stadium was something special.

Not sure about Norway.
Cause the team lost alot of good players last year. 4 players from one of the leauges best team refuses to play for the current NT-coach. So I don't know. But I hope that Norway can make it to the final (were Germany will beat us)
As for lesbians Norway most likely will these two; Trine B.Rønning and Leni Larsen Kaurin (according to LesbiskOnscreen)
Does anyone know which TV channel will broadcast it in Germany? ARD? ZDF? Eurosport? DSF? (Or *shudder* Pro7 and alike?) I've been looking for that important piece of information for weeks and either I overread it (which is nearly impossible (I don't say it's completely XD)) or it isn't set yet.
:-/
I'm for Germany. XD *waves a little flag* The EURO will give me a pretty good excuse to sit in front of my TV with my friends again and drink insane amounts of beer. *lol*
Unfortunately there is no Panini Sticker Album for this ... or is there??
Goalkeepers: Ingrid Hjelmseth (Stabæk IF), Caroline Knutsen (Røa IL), Christine Colombo Nilsen (Kolbotn IL).

Midfielders: Ingvild Stensland (Olympique Lyonnais), Anneli Giske (Fløya IF), Lene Storløkken (Team Strømmen FK), Ingvild Isaksen (Kolbotn IL), Marit Sandvei (Team Strømmen FK). Forwards: Leni Larsen Kaurin (1. FFC Turbine Potsdam), Solveig Gulbrandsen (Stabæk IF), Elise Thorsnes (Røa IL), Melissa Wiik (Stabæk IF), Isabell Herlovsen (Kolbotn IL), Kristin Lie (SK Trondheims-Ørn), Cecilie Pedersen (Avaldsnes IL)
A fine mix of young and experienced players. Among the big suprises were Cecilie Pedersen(18). She's currently playing for a team in the 2. division!

I'd place my money on Germany. They look solid.

Here you'll find all the stats and resent new.

Speaking of eyecandy... Delphine Blanc. Sigh
