Website of the Week: Registered partnerships Austria

This week’s Website of the Week is dedicated to information and news on the registered partnerships legislation (civil union) in Austria, simply called Die eingetragene Partnerschaft (The Registered Partnership).

Die eingetragene Partnerschaft is a joint project by RosaLila PantherInnen (a gay & lesbian organisation), Rechtskomitee LAMBDA (national LGBT rights organisation), PRIDE - Das lesbisch/schwule Österreichmagazin (gay & lesbian magazine) and Wiener Antidiskriminierungsstelle (department for anti-discrimination of Vienna).

The legal section was written mainly by lawyer Dr. Helmut Graupner, president of Rechtskomitee LAMBDA and Vice President of the International Lesbian and Gay Law Association ILGLaw.
