[Author’s Note: We are in the land of the fuzzy again! My apology for the fuzziness of some of the screen captures. Unfortunately those are beyond my control.]

So that whole Ana pregnancy thing? Yeah, that was a total dream on Alfonso’s part. I know it’s bad to tease, but I had to go there. I needed you all on the edge of your seats because that’s what’s going to be happening for future recaps. I am telling you, it will be good.

I don’t usually get so excited about soaps, because most of them are a pile of stinking you know what - I’ve been told not to swear by some of my peers so I won’t unless it is absolutely warranted.

So, like I said, Ana isn’t really pregnant, in fact, she’s so far from pregnant she’s in Italy and her husband Alfonso is staying at his mother’s house and complaining to Héctor about not being able to get his wife pregnant because of the drugs/painkillers he’s been taking.

Later that evening he has some sort of withdrawal attack and goes a little crazy. By next morning though he’s perfectly fine again and complaining to his sister Teresa about Ana going on a business trip.

This of course sends Teresa on another ‘she’s messing with my business, that is what she is doing in Italy’ tirade only to have Alfonso turn around and give an ‘I think you’re wrong about that’ tirade.

Siblings, eh?

Of course, Alfonso knows the real reason why Ana’s gone off to Italy; it is because of the things they found off the coast that belonged to her parents as they totally shipwrecked nearby. Of course it makes him an even bigger idiot for complaining she left in the first place, but he does make it up by defending her, but only a tiny bit.

All this, of course, Teresa doesn’t know, so while Ana is having some sad moments in Italy, she’s off on tirades to pretty much everyone she knows about Ana trying to ruin her business.

It’s getting quite annoying now and her mother thinks so as well and sets her daughter straight and tells her the real reason why Ana went to Italy. Sad face Teresa.

Teresa then asks Héctor if he knew and he admits he did know and kept it from her as her relationship with Ana affects Teresa a lot and he was worried about how she’d handle it. Teresa wonders why no one’s gone with Ana and Héctor counters that Ana doesn’t exactly have a lot of people around her who could have gone with her. Teresa affirms this but does snipe that she brought it on to herself.
