With the news of Kevin being Baby Jack’s dad getting to Sally, it’s no wonder that the drama continues thick and fast this week. Hold on ladies, it’s a bumpy ride for our little lesbian and her family.

16th December
Sophie and Random Rosie are talking in the kitchen: it’s the morning of Ashley’s funeral. They’re bickering back and forward until Double R makes a comment about Sally not going to the funeral. Sophie suggests that maybe their mum is just too upset to go, but Double R points out that Kevin slept on the couch last night and there’s been a weird atmosphere in the house for the past few days. Sophie takes a minute to let her sister’s words sink in. Just at that, Tyrone comes into the kitchen to check if Baby Jack’s still asleep and asks to use the iron for his shirt: he’s going to Ashley’s funeral. Sophie is shocked that Ty’s going, considering Molly’s funeral is the following day, but Ty simply says that that’s tomorrow and he’ll deal with it when it gets here. Sophie goes to get the iron for Ty, and Double R stands extremely awkwardly with Ty, before offering to do the shirt for him, and leaves the kitchen.

Double R goes in search of Kevin after the funeral to confront him about what’s been going on between him and Sally. He assures her that nothing is going on, only that they’re both struggling to deal with losing their close friends in the explosion. Double R is still unsure, but leaves the topic for another time.

17th December – Part 1
Having witnessed a shouting match between Kevin and Sally, Ty begins talking about his life with Molly while they all get ready to attend her funeral. Later, Ty is sitting on the couch surrounded by the Websters and Sian, while he finishes writing his tribute to Molly.

Sophie asks Ty about his eulogy for Molly, and he says that even though Molly didn’t love him anymore, he still loved her. Sian puts a reassuring hand on Sophie’s shoulder for a moment to show her feelings for her girlfriend.

Double R offers to take Baby Jack to Gail’s while they’re at the funeral. Ty says goodbye to the baby and says that he’s worried Baby Jack’s dad will turn up at the funeral. Sian says that surely no one would be that insensitive, just as Kevin leaves the room. An angered Sally firmly tells Ty not to waste “another second on that man, he doesn’t deserve your compassion!” Kevin is in the next room and hears every word his wife says.

On arriving at the church for Molly’s funeral, there’s drama at the start with seating and Sally not wanting Kevin sitting with her and the girls, so he sits elsewhere, much to the confusion of Double R and Sophie. Ty gets up to read his speech, but breaks down in tears while reading it. Sophie yells at her dad to go and help him, and as he does so, Sally can’t take hearing Kevin reading Ty’s words of love for Molly. She gets up and leaves the church with no one knowing the truth for her reasons why, just assuming she’s as upset because she was with Molly when she died. She’s swiftly followed by Kevin after he finishes reading Ty’s speech. The couple fight outside as Sophian and Double R leave the church along with everyone else to go to the cemetery for Molly’s burial. Ty notices the couple arguing and comments that something is seriously wrong.

As much as my heart aches for Sophie, I don't know how would Sally take Kevin back after all these things happening. Some fans reckon that there will be alcohol problem with Sophie's storyline as a way to block them out.

Again, thanks for recapping! Can't wait for the scene between Sophie and Sian about their vow. Transcribe that scene if possible.
