Verbotene Liebe recap - December 7 through December 10

December 7
There is something happening with someone named Constantine and a kid, but Rebecca is not paying attention to the conversation that’s supposed to include her at No Limits. Rebecca is way too busy checking out Miriam to bother with anything else, and when she gets dragged back into the conversation it takes a couple of seconds to tear her eyes away from Miriam.

Rebecca, now forced to focus, gives her opinion on Christian and Olli’s parenting skills when it comes to newly-arrived and young foster child, Lilly. And that is the end of the Miriam and Rebecca parts of this episode.

December 9
Rebecca is upset as she sits at No Limits with Miriam. Tristan, Rebecca’s brother, got into another fight and fell off of a cliff. He almost died. He didn’t, but Rebecca is still shaken up. Miriam pulls her in for a hug and comforts her. For a while, Rebecca sinks into Miriam but then becomes aware of their close proximity and pulls back, saying she’s fine now.

Miriam tells Rebecca she needs a distraction and she has just the thing; her birthday party, tonight at No Limits. Rebecca apologizes for not knowing it’s her birthday and offers Miriam her hand. Miriam shakes it a bit awkwardly. Rebecca promises nothing about coming, but as Miriam gives her a melting look and tells her she’d really like it if she’d come, Rebecca nods.

Rebecca visits Olli and Christian to get a glimpse of the baby. Lilly is asleep, however, and so Rebecca decides to pump Olli for information about Miriam as he is the co-owner of No Limits and has thus spent time with Rebecca’s object of unwanted affection.

Rebecca needs a birthday present for Miriam. Olli tells her that Miriam plays squash and likes to shop. Rebecca, suddenly unsure and a bit jealous, rambles about Miriam’s shopping habits and the status of her love life.
