Modelling and nail polish: Coronation Street recap - October 21 through 25

With the kitchen getting repaired and redecorated after Random Rosie set fire to it cooking sausages, everything seems to be working out well to get it fixed before Sally and Kevin get back from Madrid. Well, almost.

October 21^st
To help pay for the redecorating (as well as replace the funds from her ‘dream bag’ account), Random Rosie takes on a modelling job with a photographer she’s been wanting to work with, in like, forever. She’s a replacement for the female lead that’s dropped out and needs to get to the studio, fast!

Jason moans about her excitement, as he’s trying to finish the kitchen. When she can’t get a taxi that will get her there on time, she then mentions it’s for an underwear shoot and Jason’s only too happy to offer his driving services to get her there, hang around and ogle, then bring her back.

When they arrive at the shoot they find out the male model has pulled out for another shoot. With the shoot (and the money for her bag) slipping through her fingers, Random Rosie offers Jason to stand in.

The photographer isn’t convinced but when he sees Jason’s body he quickly changes his mind. Even if Jason has just completely dissed the underwear he’s about to model.

The couple get pretty much naked and pose for the underwear, but soon they realise they’re a little more realistic at the loving feelings the photographer wants them to show for the shoot.

After the shoot Jason runs Random Rosie home and says it’s too late to do any more decorating. So they make out with each other instead. As you do when you’re bored and have just stood for hours semi-naked with someone you’ve fancied for a very long time.

October 22^nd – Part 1
Sophie’s in the kitchen having a cup of tea, when Random Rosie walks in and reaches for the other cup that’s sitting there. Sophie tells her in only the nicest sisterly way possible, to keep her hands off it, as that cup of tea was made with love and care for her beloved. Well, more like: “Eh, that’s Sian’s!”

Random Rosie then asks her little sister had it never occurred to her that maybe she would like tea as well? Though Sophie reminds her she’s never up that early, and never with her make-up on either.

Just at that the door goes and Jason walks in. Sophie comments on how transparent her sister is, and asks if it’s never occurred to her that it isn’t a good thing?! Random Rosie just looks confused... and a little guilty as well.
