Here is your weekly overview of what happened in the world of European lesBian entertainment. We keep you up-to-date on all the latest events, movie releases, TV storylines and who did what to whom.

TV land

Norway

The lesbian storyline we told you about on Hvaler, is well on its way. If you speak Norwegian you can read the recap over at Lesbisk OnScreen. Or you can watch the YouTube clips. Granted, those are also in Norwegian, but you can still get an idea of how cute these ladies are.

If you prefer more classic lesbian storylines, TV2 Bliss has started airing Buffy the Vampire Slayer again. This makes me want to get out my Buffy DVDs and watch them all over again.

The Netherlands

Help! Een homo in de klas (Help! A Homosexual in the Classroom) is a new documentary in which educators from the COC are followed for a year while they talk about homosexuality in Dutch high schools. The documentary will be shown on December 13 on Nederland 2. In addition to the documentary, there's also a website where the people from the COC share their experiences.

Germany

Miriam Meckel, the girlfriend of Anne Will, will be featured in a documentary on depression called Wenn die Seele Trauer trägt on Vox tonight [hat tip @ Mel].

Recaps

Are you watching Lip Service yet? Find out what you are missing by reading Ley's recap. Can't watch it or want to see the episodes over and over again? The DVD is already set to be scheduled for November 15.

Also check out our latest recaps of the Sophian storyline on Coronation Street and of Ana and Teresa on AETR. As if that wasn't enough, we also recapped the pilot of new Dutch series Heet Gras.

Theatre

UK

Glamour model Abi Titmuss is starring in a rendition of Paradise Lost, which features a lesbian affair. Of course, tabloid The Sun was all over the story, including the kiss Titmuss shares with her co-star.

Radio

The Netherlands

Radio DJ (and TV presenter and comedian) Claudia de Breij has won the Zilveren Radioster 2010, an annual award for (female?) radio DJs, for which she was already nominated 4 times previously.
