This week eurOut features a website that's slightly different from our usual (entertainment) choices.

Imaan Library is an online library, an archive of all kinds of different resources for the Muslim LGBT community or for anyone who's interested in what the Islam has to say about homosexuality.

Don't worry, it's not a website by an actual Imam or religious institute, but just an individual providing information with different viewpoints about the Islam and sexuality, as well as links to queer Muslim blogs, literature, movies, art and so forth.

They have quite an interesting collection of entertainment choice (books, films etc.) about the topic of Islam and lesbianism, as well as more serious information like books, scientific publications, a theology section and the latest news.

This website is a very nice collection of queer Muslim resources. Especially if you don't know that much about the topic yet, it is a good place to start.

What do you think of this website? Is it an important source of information or doesn't it hold any interest to you? Let us know in the comments.

You always impress me with your diverse range of websites Natazzz! I really like the diverse range of subjects on the site. You don't often see a lot of art featured on LGBT sites so it's nice to see a good range here.

I'm not a Muslim myself, but this certainly triggers my interest.

A couple of years ago, a (straight) friend found a site that interprets the Bible and looks for LGBTQ in its contexts - or condemnation thereof: http://www.sacred-texts.com/lgbt/index.htm#gaymarriage

Interesting stuff!
