Sit back and relax, and enjoy another weekly overview of European lesBian entertainment news. This time we talk about kissing teachers, dating straight women and holding hands.

Music

There wasn't much news from the music front this week, but if you are looking for some new queer tunes to add to your iTunes library, check out our Lists are Hot article featuring 10 European lesbian and bisexual singers.

UK

British rapper Lady Sovereign talked to Diva magazine this month about being gay. If you don't read Diva magazine, you can get the summary from AfterEllen.

TV land

UK

On BBC soap Waterloo Road at the end of the month, one of the students will get confused about her sexuality and kiss the lesbian French teacher, who in turn gets suspended when the dean finds out.

the Netherlands

We are still not sure where the lesbian storyline on Dutch soap GTST is going, but we hope it won't be too cringe worthy. Read Gwen's take on it here.

Norway

Comedian Sigrid Bonde Tusvik will date a woman for her new TV programme, even though she admits she isn't bisexual or a lesbian. At least, that's what Google Translate has me believe. Let's hope I got it wrong, because that sounds pretty bad. Would you date a straight comedian and have it filmed?

Else Kass Furuseth's TV programme Thursday Night from Nydalen has won 2 awards for best humoristic show.
