British 2010 Calendar: I love kissing girls

I am by far the biggest sucker (ha!) for people kissing that I know.

I get a little tingle nearly every time I see people kissing and get your mind out of the gutter it is not that kind of a tingle… Ok, it is usually not that kind of a tingle.

I am not too picky about the kissing. I think it is actually an art form, a beautiful art form that should be expressed (though, when things get heated please take it to the bedroom). I am a big Lesbo so it shouldn’t be a surprise that I like my kissing that way, but I also like the kissing gay and sometimes I even like it a little hetero.

It really all depends on how the kissing is portrayed. Even a picture can say a thousand words and can make you feel a thousand things. Wouldn’t it be handy if that kissing came in a package of twelve just in time for Christmas? Consider yourselves lucky ladies.

Nadia Attura and stylist, hair and make-up artist Mercury - the pair behind ilovelondongirls.com - are bringing you their 2010 ‘I Love Kissing Girls’ calendar.

Nadia and Mercury have been working together since 2006, sharing the passion of showing everyone the beauty of queer identity. They founded ilove in 2007, aiming to improve visibility.

By the looks of it, the calendar has a fresh look on Sapphic Love and offers better variety on the different looks, but of course it’s still glammed up. After all, it is a calendar, which means it has to be pretty. There are close-ups, full body shots and the in-between, not to mention a little tasteful nudity.

The best thing about this calendar isn’t even the pictures, hard to believe I know, but the best thing about this calendar is that the women are all either Lesbian or Bisexual, not just two women posing.

There’s also a little treat on the website. On the models page, you can find a little information about the models, such as their first girl kiss and their favourite girl kiss. For example Susannah and how she came out to her mother:

I remember coming out to my mother and her saying to me: "A kiss doesn’t count and that it takes more than a kiss to be a lesbian." Let’s just say the kiss is where I started.

Vicky, Susannah & Kate (May)

Though the calendar is a British product, it will ship to Europe and overseas for just £9.90 (exc. shipping costs). I can proudly say I’ve already ordered mine.

I'm not a lesbian but I like kissing girls. It looks so sweet, innocent and provoking. I want to buy this calendar.
