Hospital Central - Season 18 Episode 1

This new season starts right after the “suicide-killer” fall, with Esther in the ambulance, just arriving to the hospital. We can see how bad she is:

 

Maca has been by her side all the time, with all the pain and suffering reflected on her face:

 

Esther has a severe cranium traumatism and needs surgery immediately, Maca goes running for Fernando, she wants the best surgeon for Esther.

 

They take her and go running to make the surgery; Maca goes crying “Esther, Esther”.

 

After Esther’s ambulance there’s another one, the one with Bea, she’s badly hurt too but  she deserves it I really don’t care.

 

In this moment I’m thinking: “If she’s not dead Maca should kill her”… so you can see how mad I am at that psycho girl.

 

For some time the images go from “how bad Esther is”:
