After the equalizer Silvia Neid substituted Fatmire Bajramaj for Melanie Behringer. Two minutes later Simone Laudehr crossed to Célia Okoyino da Mbabi who scored the 2:1 leading for Germany.

Afterwards both teams had their chances to score and German keeper Nadine Angerer, who was a great support in the prior matches, wasn’t as confident as she used to be.

The final goal was (as often in this tournament) scored in the additional time. In minute 93 Fatmire Bajramaj was able to score a goal, after both Inka Grings and Birgit Prinz’s attempts were saved by Norwegian keeper Ingrid Hjelmseth.

Well, not out as in eurOut but out of the competition. It still haven't sunk in that our gallant Swedish ladies played such an abominable, horrid game. Were they drugged?
:-)

Any way now I can watch the final and just enjoy the game and the girls. No butterflies in the stomach as when Sweden played last

Fortunately Linda Bresonik's injury isn't as bad as thought. There are articles which say she might be able to participate in the final.
